The super-duper Superburger at Ruby's diner is something that you could make at home, but only if you're willing to admit to the obscene amount of butter involed.

MOTS

Brunch at Marathon on the Square.

Matzoh ball soup $5.75 : a favorite of the coolest five-year old I know and well received by all 28-year olds at brunch.
Smoked salmon bagel platter $9.95 : dare I say too much salmon? perhaps I should rephrase a little and say not enough bagel.

Jones

Dinner at Jones was fun & filling. We were with some friends, so we got to check out several menu items. Yes.

Deviled eggs looked good, but not from cage-free hens.

My friend decided on the meatloaf immediately, strange, I know. Overall, her meatloaf craving was satisfied, although she would have prefered it w/o the glazey-gravy.

Shrimp dumplings at 10:00 am- yes please!

Ocean Harbor cleans their shrimp, which is my single-issue.

Vietnam

Live and learn: Vietnam uses beef or pork broth for
almost every soup unless you specify veggie broth.

I would definitely eat the S&P squid at Vietnam more
often if it wasn't deep fried...
