Black-Eyed Susans

The spicy thai scramble at Black-Eyed Susan's is one of the best egg preparations that I have ever encountered for several reasons- unusual, broccoli, fluffy, spicy.  I was unable to decide among hashbrowns, black-eyes peas, and cheese grits so I ordered all three and I will never regret it.  Even the toast was amazing.  I was stuffed by the time I even got around to trying the toast, but I managed to enjoy a couple buttery bites.  Ok, enough about the scramble.

The huevos rancheros were equally as delicious, but lacking the unexpectedness of the scramble.  The eggs were exactly the way they should be- runny as hell.  I would have preferred it a little more spicy, but this is something that, considering my overall satisfaction, I am more than willing to overlook.
