POTATO GNOCCHI- too salty, peas were hard
prosciutto, english peas, sweet cream, parmigiano reggiano ($25)

EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA - good
roasted plum tomatoes, burrata, parmigiano ($25)

ROASTED SCOTTISH SALMON- overcooked
spinach, pinenuts, golden raisins, salsa verde, olive confit ($29)

SHRIMP PO' BOY fried shrimp, lettuce, lemon remoulade on a french roll ($12) - Bread & shrimp were good, but sandwich was dry, dressed with a tad of mayo and a few shreds of lettuce. More proof that a little spicy aioli can make a big difference.

The Metropolitan is open 24 h and has a gelato bar...
