Chatham Squire, aka The Squire, a casual restaurant on the east end of Main St in Chatham has a big menu and, surprisingly for Chatham, good prices. I highly recommend the raw oysters, which taste as though they were living in Chatham Bay just prior to being served. The native oysters are sold individually for $1.95, 6 for $10.95, or 12 for $18.95.
I was dining with a large group and everyone was very pleased with their menu selections. There was a pasta with fish cheek special that was ordered as an app and as an entree. While the flavor was delicious, the app portion could have easily passed for an entree, and the entree portion was HUGE. Although it reheated the next day quite well, it would have been nice of our waitress to mention its hugeness.
